Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the colleges of education graduates academic achievements in visual arts and their subject matter competency for quality delivering of primary schools creative arts curriculum in Ghana. The study employed cross-sectional survey design. The study targeted visual arts lecturers and graduates of colleges of education. The sample size for the study was 241 (5 lecturers & 236 graduates). The instruments used for data collection were questionnaire and interview guide. The findings of H01 indicated that colleges of education graduates academic achievements in visual arts have no relationship with their subject matter competency for quality delivering of primary schools creative arts curriculum. The results of H02 revealed that teaching and learning resources have positive relationship with the quality delivering of primary schools creative arts curriculum. The study revealed that colleges of education graduates academic achievements in visual arts do not reflect their subject matter competency for quality delivering of the primary school creative arts curriculum. The study also found out that teaching and learning resources were not available for quality delivering of primary schools creative arts curriculum. The study recommended that Ghana Education Service should liaise with visual arts units in colleges of education to periodically organise workshops and seminars for primary school teachers to enhance their subject matter competency. The study also recommended that government should supply creative arts textbooks, modern visual arts teaching and learning resources and tools and materials lacking in primary schools to promote effective teaching and learning of creative arts.

Abstract: With the advent of the internet information age, the application scope of modern information technology is more and more extensive. The deepening of the new curriculum reform in China, the application of modern information technology in Chinese teaching in primary schools is becoming more and more extensive. The application of modern information technology in Chinese teaching in primary schools has greatly improved the flexibility of teaching and the effect of teaching. In the process of Chinese teaching, with the help of modern educational technology, not only can we create situations, stimulate students' interest in learning, create atmosphere, arouse the resonance between students and authors, expand the space and increase the capacity of the classroom, but also create an excellent teaching environment and broaden students' horizons, so as to effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching. However, from the existing researches, it is found that the integration of modern information technology and Chinese teaching in primary schools is still not sufficient. So that modern information technology does not play a real value in Chinese teaching in primary schools. Based on the definition of modern information technology, this study uses literature analysis to explore the application status and application tactics and application advantages. And the author gets enlightenment through exploring. The author hopes that the enlightenment of the study will be helpful for the development of primary school Chinese teaching and guide Chinese educators in primary schools to make better use of modern information technology for Chinese teaching.

Abstract: In order to respond positively to the demands of the times and internal demands, the school level actively encourages first try, batch construction, and quality control. The overall planning of the college level, the active participation of deans and department heads, the selection of teachers, and quality priority. From the aspects of strengthening the management of learning process, innovating practical teaching mode, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, reforming teaching methods and teaching means, this paper carries out the construction of saturation, depth and academic tension of core courses of electronic and Information Engineering Specialty in private colleges and universities. This is great strategic significance for continuously improving the quality of curriculum and comprehensively improving the ability of personnel training.

Abstract: The general objective of this study was to investigate leaders role on effectiveness of private preschool education in Sodo City Administration of Wolaita Zone. To achieve this objective a concurrent triangulation research design of mixed research method was employed. Data were gathered from 20 private preschools. 120 preschool teachers and 20 principals were selected by using availability sampling technique. The qualitative data were gathered from 6 supervisors, 2 City administration experts of 6 PTSA chairman. The major findings of the study indicated that, problems encountered by preschool leaders include: the absence of guidelines, shortage of resource, high turnover of teachers, lack of incentive, low salary, the absence of on-job trainings, irregularity and non-uniformity of curricula, lack of qualified teachers in the area, lack of qualified principals, and lack of safe and conducive teaching learning environment. Thus, continuous in-service trainings should be provided in the area of childhood development and leadership for preschool leaders, close and proper monitoring and support should be given to private preschools by city administration education office. Besides, preschool owners should avail essential resources, and private pre- schools should work in collaboration with parents.
